By engaging our services or using our website, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services.

Client Responsibilities
To ensure timely and effective service delivery, clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information required for project completion.
Respond promptly to requests for approvals, clarifications, or additional data.
Abide by the agreed deadlines for feedback and approvals.
Failure to comply with these responsibilities may result in delays, additional fees, or termination of services.
4.
Payment Terms
All fees will be detailed in an invoice or service agreement and must be paid as per the specified payment schedule.
Payments are non-refundable except in cases of breach of contract by Wize Route.
Late payments may result in interest charges of 1.5% per month and/or suspension of services.
5.
Revisions and Changes
Minor revisions are included as part of the agreed service.
Major changes or additional work beyond the initial scope will be subject to additional charges that will be agreed upon before commencement.
6.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain strict confidentiality of proprietary and sensitive information shared during the engagement.
Wize Route will not disclose client information to third parties without explicit consent unless required by law.
7.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, the intellectual property created by Wize Route for the client, such as business plans, proposals, or presentations, will be transferred to the client.
Wize Route retains the right to use non-sensitive materials for internal training or portfolio purposes unless the client explicitly requests otherwise in writing.
8.
Limitation of Liability
Wize Route is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to financial loss, data loss, or reputational harm, resulting from the use of our services.
Liability for direct damages is limited to the total fees paid for the specific service.
9.
Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the agreement with a minimum of 14 days written notice.
In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all completed work and any expenses incurred up to the termination date.
Wize Route reserves the right to terminate services immediately if the client violates these terms or engages in unethical or illegal practices.
10.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the services provided will first be resolved through good-faith negotiation.
If negotiation fails, disputes will be referred to arbitration under the laws of New South Wales, with arbitration taking place in Sydney.
11.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed following the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia. The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sydney, New South Wales.

Amendments to Terms
Wize Route reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant changes will be communicated to clients. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
